Legal Terms of Offer – Bom Velhinho Plan
1. Offer identification
This offer refers to the Bom Velhinho Plan, an exclusive Christmas promotional campaign, valid from 12/01/2025 to 12/31/2025, or while activations are available. The plan is offered by Fredy Marketing, hereinafter referred to as "Fredy".
2. Value and payment method
The promotional value of the Bom Velhinho Plan is R$ 69.90 (sixty-nine reais and ninety cents), paid exclusively in cash via PIX.
There is no Scheduled PIX in this offer.
About renewal
If the customer wishes to renew the plan or request a new subscription, the promotional value of R$ 69.90 remains valid for up to 3 (three) consecutive months, counted from the date of first activation.
After this period, the current rates on the official website will apply.
About boleto
Boleto payments do not participate in the promotion, do not activate the plan, and do not grant access.
3. Delivery and access
Access to the plan will be granted only after PIX payment confirmation.
The plan includes:
- 400 credits
- Automatic daily posts
- Site with WhatsApp integration
- Visual identity unlocked
- Fredy 24h support
- Human support during special hours
- Explanatory videos
- Christmas promotional package ("Santa Claus unlocked everything")
Explanation of the term "Santa Claus unlocked everything"
The term means that, during the active period of the plan, all functions, tools, and resources available on the Fredy platform will be unlocked, without additional blocks, except for the contracted credit limit.
Special human support hours
Human support operates Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 2 PM to 4 PM.
Tickets sent outside these hours will be answered in the next business period.
Promotional credits are not cumulative and have validity limited to the contracted period.
4. Refund and cancellation policy
As this is a digital product with immediate system access after payment confirmation, the customer waives the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
There will be no:
- refund,
- chargeback,
- cancellation,
- restitution of paid amounts.
5. Duration and renewal
The plan has a duration of 30 (thirty) days.
As described in item 2, if the customer wishes to renew, they may do so at the same promotional value for up to 3 consecutive months.
There is no automatic renewal.
Upon termination, the customer must subscribe again through the website or request it manually.
6. Validity and changes
The offer is limited by time and quantity and may be terminated early, without prior notice.
Changes made after subscription do not affect activations made within the promotional period.
7. General provisions
Credits and bonuses are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
The customer declares having read and accepted all terms before payment.
8. Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of the district of Itajaí – SC is elected, renouncing any other.
Final declaration
By confirming payment via PIX, the customer declares being aware that this is an exclusive promotional offer, with special value, without refund rights, as described in this document.
Legal Terms of Offer – Fredy Black Plan
1. Offer identification
This offer refers to the Fredy Black Plan, an exclusive Black Friday promotional campaign, valid from 11/10/2025 to 11/31/2025, or while activations are available. The plan is offered by Fredy Marketing, hereinafter referred to as "Fredy".
2. Value and payment method
The promotional value of the Fredy Black Plan is R$ 37.90 (thirty-seven reais and ninety cents) per month, with payment made exclusively via Scheduled PIX, for a period of 3 (three) consecutive months.
✅ About Scheduled PIX
Scheduled PIX consists of a single authorization granted by the customer directly in their bank app, allowing the three installments to be scheduled and debited automatically, according to the defined dates.
For access to be granted, the customer must:
- Make the first installment payment.
- Release and authorize the remaining two installments within the bank app.
After this authorization, the schedule appears automatically in the system and Fredy access is activated.
✅ Security
Fredy:
- does not store banking data,
- does not manage authorizations,
- does not have access to the customer's app.
The authorization and management of Scheduled PIX are entirely controlled by the customer within the bank.
❌ About boleto
Boleto payments do not participate in the promotion, do not activate the plan, and do not grant access.
3. Delivery and access
Access to the plan will be granted only after confirmation of the first installment and authorization of the other two within the bank app.
The plan includes:

- Fast support via commercial WhatsApp
Promotional bonuses from this campaign:
- 300 credits (non-cumulative, valid for 3 months)

4. Refund and cancellation policy
As this is a digital product with immediate access after installment activation, the customer waives the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
There will be no:

Charging occurs automatically for 3 (three) months via Scheduled PIX.
At the end of this period, the plan does not renew automatically.
To continue using Fredy, the customer may subscribe to a new plan on the official website.

Subsequent changes do not affect activations made during the promotional period.

By accessing or using the FREDY MARKETING platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Definitions
- User: Any person or entity that accesses and uses the Platform.
- Platform: Software and services of FREDY MARKETING, including website, applications, and other digital means.
- Content: Texts, images, videos, software, and other materials made available on the Platform.
Platform Use
Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
Platform Requirements for Operation
To fully use Fredy's features, the user must have active accounts on Instagram and Facebook, without blocks, restrictions, or limitations that prevent integration. This requirement stems from Meta's official policies, responsible for releasing and maintaining the necessary connections for publishing, scheduling, and content analysis.
LinkedIn integration is optional, and the user should have an active account only if they wish to use resources related to the platform.
The proper functioning of connected accounts is the user's responsibility. Blocked, restricted, deactivated, or accounts with verification problems may prevent the use of certain features.
Usage Restrictions
It is prohibited to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or attempt to access unauthorized areas.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Platform without our express consent.
Registration and Account Security
Registration
To access certain Platform features, you may be required to create an account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notification
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
User-Generated Content
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish on the Platform. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a global, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
User Conduct
User-generated content must not violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, or contain illegal, offensive material or material that violates Platform policies.
Legal content restrictions
User-generated content is established from artificial intelligence parameters and may be edited. To ensure the integrity and legality of the final content, the user must review the legal limits of the generated content, including but not limited to:
- Consumer Protection Code
- Advertising Self-Regulation Code (http://www.conar.org.br/codigo/codigo.php)
- Codes of ethics governing certain professional categories
Plans and Payments
Billing Models
The Fredy Marketing Platform operates through automatic renewal subscription, offering three main plans. The user can choose between:
- Monthly Plan: Monthly recurring charge, with free cancellation at any time.
- Semiannual Plan Upfront or Installments up to 6x: With reduced value and minimum stay of 6 months.

General Provisions
Individual Credits
- The purchase of individual credits entitles you to 100 (one hundred) credits for the amount of R$ 79.90 (seventy-nine reais and ninety cents).
- Credits are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
- Credits are not refundable and there will be no return, under any circumstances, after purchase.
Minimum Stay
Only semiannual plans are subject to minimum stay. In case of early cancellation, a fine equivalent to 1 (one) monthly fee will be applied.
Renewal, Cancellation, and Plan Changes
- All plans have automatic renewal, unless the user indicates otherwise.
- Cancellation must be requested at least 7 (seven) days before the renewal date.
- The user may request plan upgrade or downgrade, respecting proportional billing and usage rules.
Suspension for Non-Payment
In case of payment delay exceeding 5 (five) days, the account may be automatically suspended until regularization.
Anti-Chargeback Policy
The opening of an improper payment dispute (chargeback) may result in: Immediate account suspension. Adoption of collection measures, including legal action.
Intellectual Property and Non-Competition
- All content, software, and features provided by Fredy Marketing are the exclusive property of the company.
- It is expressly prohibited to use the platform or its resources to develop or support competing solutions.
Liability Limitation
- Fredy Marketing's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the last 3 (three) months.
- Fredy Marketing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or lost profits.
Additional Clauses
- External links: the platform may contain links to third-party websites, for which we are not responsible for the content.
- Backup: it is the user's exclusive responsibility to maintain backup copies of their content.
- Force majeure: Fredy Marketing will not be held responsible for failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
- Modifications: the Terms may be changed at any time, with immediate effect from publication.
- Termination: the account may be terminated without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of the district of Itajaí/SC is elected, with waiver of any other, to resolve any disputes related to these Terms.
